Once you set up Wiremo widget on your website, you can customize it. By doing this you will adjust widget design to look the same as your website, you can refer to this tutorial.

You can import reviews in you Dashboard one by one or using CSV file format. You can also use Wiremo Campaign feature to ask your customers  for review.
