How to get a Google review QR code
You can get one free from Google or from this page. Both open the same Google review form. They differ in what you get back and where you can make it.

Then print it and put it to work
Print the code large enough to scan from where people stand. A common rule of thumb is at least 2 cm (about 0.8 in) wide on a card, and much bigger on a poster or window.
Before you print a batch, scan one test print with an iPhone and an Android phone and check that each opens your review form.
