Welcome to Wiremo! Below we will explain to you how to Exclude products or collections from review request campaigns in the Wiremo app for Shopify. Before configuring with Exclusions, start your free trial account and configure the Wiremo review app for Shopify.
Note:You can exclude specific products from your Automated Orders Review Request campaign by using the Exclusions option in the Wiremo app for Shopify.
Important:For the Automated Review Request, exclusions will take effect only for further requests.
Exclusions will not work for an active Past Order Review Request campaign. To enable this option you will need to create a new campaign.
To access and moderate the Exclusions option, Log in to your Shopify admin panel, go to Apps, find the Wiremo: Product, Photo Reviews and click on it.
On the next screen, you will find the Shopify app settings and click on the ARR and PRR Exclusions tab (Pin. 1)
From the drop-down menu select the products (Pin. 2) or/and select collections (Pin. 3) for which you do NOT want to send a review request email. Once done, click on the "Save" button (Pin. 4) to activate the Exclusions option.
You will see a green message saying: "Success. Saved"
Note:You can remove the products you've already selected or/and add others!
