Wiremo Customer Review Widget v2 in details

We had a long way by this day, a lot to do and we've made it. We have realized that V1 of our widget was not enough for both sides, you and your customers, to express opinions. There was not enough flexibility and freedom. With Wiremo V2 all of this stays in the past.

We've changed the way the widget looks, the way it works. We've changed it all.  As you can see it's a fully new default design. But the most important that now it is a very easy, step-by-step process to leave a review.  Now by pressing the "Write a review" button you start a friendly and easy journey through writing review process, starting with choosing the rating and ending with the share on social media. This is very important that your customers should focus on what they want to say and not on the way how to do it.

Here is a short list of our new features that we've also added:

  1. Photo carousel in the widget.
  2. An additional step to ask customers to upload photos
  3. Read-only widget
  4. Transparent background
  5. Widget Color Scheme - for light and dark backgrounds
  6. Adjust buttons default and on hover color.
  7. Widget text adjustments
  8. Possibility to change the font.
  9. Verify review email it’s now optional
  10. No more need to login to the dashboard. Now as admin you can accept/decline, reply, edit in the widget.

and many many more.

We can assure you that will love it. Try it now. Test all the new features and start getting more customer reviews faster and easier. Click here to test Wiremo Widget v2.
